22' 2016 Black Rock All Season Liveaboard Trailer in Quathiaski Cove, British Columbia for sale

We have decided that it is time to part with our 22' 2016 Black Rock Trailer since we are not using it enough. This trailer was purchased brand new in 2017, and has seen very little use. It was originally purchased to live in while working out of town, however that job ended and a new opportunity has arose in town.
This trailer is in immaculate shape inside and out. Zero leaks, zero problems. Everything works as it should and as you would expect from a well maintained 2016. The seals were just re-caulked. During the winter it was properly stored and winterized.
We certainly did our research with this trailer, and out of all the ones that we looked at this was the winner. Some of the reasons that we purchased this over all the other trailers we looked at are listed below.
-Four Season Insulated Trailer. Most trailers are not insulated for cold weather, so if you are living in it full
time then they get incredibly cold.
-All fiberglass and aluminium construction, there is no wooden frame to potentially rot out
-Underbelly heating so pipes will not freeze during cold weather
-Modern furnishings and design
-TONS of storage compartments. Everywhere you can think to put storage, there is.
-Outdoor patio kitchen
-Small enough to be easily towed and transported, but big enough to comfortably live in
-Power everything
-TV, sound system, etc all included
