'52 Pontiac Chieftan Sedan. Stainless trim in great condition. All the glass complete. Body is as expected for a car this age- some spots of rust coming through but nothing extreme. Car is quite straight. 305 Chev,T350 tranny, Chevy 10 bolt diff. Motor smokes on start up-valve stem seals. Tranny and diff are fine-no noises or whines. Very recent brake master cylinder overhaul kit put in, new front wheel cylinders and rubber brake hoses. Car is running and driveable. New shock absorbers front and rear. Interior is stock-original seats in poor condition but original frames and springs-still cloth covered, original dash-some gauges not working, new under dash heater unit that also defrosts the front window, original steering column. Brand new replacement fuel pickup and sender unit installed in gas tank-see photo of unit. Gas tanked cleaned out of minor debris. No carpet on floor, roof or rear parcel shelf. Car is being readvertised with extra work done and money spent. As stated in previous ad I have driven this car all over the island last summer and into winter with no problems at all. Would make a cool summer cruiser or restoration project. NO TRADES, NO TIMEWASTERS. I have spent more money to get this to a driveable stage and am firm on4500. Reciepts for everything installed.
